“Im not crazy into yoga, but my friend brought me and it was a great experience. I went on a saturday and its more of a yoga practice than just a class. The breathing, what the instructor guides you to think, the sounds at the end etc. Got a great stretch in, and it was all typical yoga poses, but if anything was too hard there are always alternatives shown.
