“If you ever rent a tent or anything that comes in a set from PSU Outdoor Program, make sure to open up everything and check that all the parts are there BEFORE you sign the contract, if they don't have a list of all the parts-make them provide one. I rented a tent from them and took it on a trip, opened the bags for the first time when we set up the tent, and noticed that it was missing one of the rain fly poles. It ”
