“The smell of feces,urine, dead fish and rotting corpses was a welcome surprise. This shouldn't be anything other then a dog beach of even that. The fact that kids and probably adults use it as a toilet while swimming isn't a surprise. If more money were spent on parks and infrastructure instead of highrise development plans to line Emmanuel and his friends pockets I'm sure this would be a better thing for the neighbo”
