“Even though this is my neighborhood love my neighborhood but and I mean BUT the beach has to be clean it all has to be pulled out that's including that water at the bottom if he pulled out and resurfaced is still smells so bad and people are not getting sick from it... So if you want to do something positive and correct you would scrape up all that old sand and put fresh new sand dirt whatever so we could enjoy that ”
