“Honest post. They make canceling impossible! Been a member for a while until I was pregnant with twins. I had a medical reason to not use the a sauna gym. I was forced to freeze my Membership when I said No plenty of times A year later I inquired again on wanting to cancel. The next month my membership was activated without my permission and I was charged. They fraudulently said I called which was not truth. Like man”
