“The history that Rucker is known for is street ball. We usually visit for a Basketball game and to play some basketball. Parking is limited and hard at times. Street parking available. One thing that i notice every time is the nyc parks do not maintain these bathrooms. Homeless people in/out restrooms and the bathrooms are disgusting. Mens bathroom had a homeless guy washing himself inside bathroom. Kids complained t”
