“I'm giving 3 stars to this pool because the manager is not interested in helping parents with complaints and even runs away to not pay attention. They should put in charge of someone who is actually trained to care about parents who are for the children of one who have a job. They should also teach them how to treat people kindly since the woman in front of them receiving people is so rude her name is Jackie.”

“Staff needs to be more communicative to the members when closing the pool, changing schedules or servicing the pool. Don't have us coming up to the pool with our kids ready for their lessons and the pool is closed for maintenance other reasons.
