“Great public pool. The pool and deck are kept clean. It is well staffed with life guards. The locker room (womenu2019s) is no frills, but it was clean. Iu2019ve been there for rec swim and they have a free bag check so you donu2019t need to worry about a lock for a locker. Personally belongings are not allowed on the deck during rec swim (except for towels, shoes and sunscreen, etc), which keeps the deck from being crowded. Lots”

“I love this place but the frequent closures through all the pools lately are making me crazy. I know there are budget cuts but the kids and the community depend and live and thrive with year round pools in Los Angeles. Now with the closure of EG roberts and soon Hollywood and Van Ness where will we swim? Celes and Expo are already overwhelmed with lack off staff and not making sure our lifeguards have sufficient hour”
