Thankfully their staff resurfaced my ball at no fee. It was inconvenient to play without my ball and to have to go back to retrieve it a week later. Today we gave the place one last chance. Owner responses and says the place is completely remodeled...WHOOF if they think so. I assume denial feels better than admitting the truth. Said pinsetters were replaced...if so, then ya'll got ripped off cuz our ball got stuck 5 times in one game. T”
