They offer donation based classes every day of the week with a wide range of skill levels and yoga styles, from slow yin classes to fairly intense high paced Power Yoga classes. The instructors are all passionate, professional, patient and motivating. The owner Paul is a really nice guy and teaches a few of the classes every week.
