“Really crap gym. But even worse than the subpar facilities is the customer service experience. They insisted on charging me for another month when I canceled my membership. I tried to cancel my membership by calling the office and asking for direct instructions twice on different days. I was refused help due to a busy manager. In January 2025, I was contacted by a collection department agency and asked to pay 300$ for the months I wasn't even in the city where the gym is located. I don't recommen”
