“The coaches here are not particularly good with kids which is odd because the place is for kids! My son went to a party here, it was unorganized, way too rigid, and some children got hurt b/c the coaches were so busy making 4you2019s stand exactly in a straight line they werenu2019t watching children jump and land on other kids. Kids spent more time in line being talked at than having fun.”

“Very disappointing experience. The coaches showed poor communication skills and did not know how to work appropriately with children. My child was isolated and spoken to in a rude manner until he cried. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation was escalated and handled unfairly. We chose to leave the program and are relieved to have no further connection.”

“Boogie Bash was not good, not organized. Parents werent allowed on gym floor w kids (fine for older kids, not so much for younger). The parent fee was unclear at checkout. The last thing: if employees want to take photos of the kids, for their social media page I imagine, you should ask the parents if its okay.”
