“My son's birthday is NYE, and we've had an annual tradition of ice skating on his bday for a few years now. Sadly, our most recent visit was not great. It had started snowing before we arrived, so the ground was wet from snow, and there were no plastic foot covers to use to keep your socks from getting wet. We were told they were out. Obviously this isn't the teen workers' fault, but it was disappointing nonetheless.”
