“I went there as a french tourist (girl) wanting to play soccer. I was visiting the Highline when I saw this park and directly told my mom I wanted to play there. The soccer field is not very big but it's good. People are so nice. I played with a 14yo guy who was there with his school and a kind young man with an Argentinian Jersey with whom I juggled for 40 minutes. There are bathrooms near the park. When I was there”

“Used to be a terribly surfaced field, had soccer tryouts here years ago and had cut up knees from the roughness of the turf. They resurfaced it this past summer and it seems pretty nice. Good location.”

“It is a really big soccer field but i am my team play Kickball there and it's pretty amazing as we get to make new friends have fun and compete. You should stop by to watch as it starts by 8.45pm and 9.45pm respectively.. Beautiful game, beautiful people, fun and fun.”

“I have been one month ago playing a tournament with my team on this so very field. Facility is very convenient. There is a running track around the field. The soccer field itself is in good condition as well. I would definitely recommend anyone interested to play on that field for pick up games or tournament or any soccer league happening at all corners of New York City.”
