“I went yesterday Dec 6 2025 to take my family. I was so disappointed that my allot time was at 7 30 . I got there way before time but it took me until 8 15 to get checked in and get our skates. That was a problem when i purchased my tickets and skate rental from home. They did not accommodate the time lost because at exactly 9: 00 they ended the session.”
