“Great community, classes, and staff. I dropped in while visiting from Los Angeles - the staff and owner (Paul) were welcoming, warm, friendly, and supportive. The class I took - boxing conditioning with Ezekiel - was fun, conditioning (HIIT), and blended in technique on heavy bags and mitts. This will definitely be a space I return to often while visiting.
