“My daughter has been at PBTC since she was 2 years old (sheu2019s now 5), and I cannot express enough what an exceptional experience she has hadu2014starting with the preschool classes and now in Mighty Mites. She has had outstanding coaches from the very beginning, and that consistency has meant the world to us. She has grown tremendously and genuinely looks forward to every class. “I am posting this later than intended due to travel and college applications, but I feel it is important to share our familyu2019s experience. In April, my niece and several of her Level 7 teammates were released from the program. Families were given explanations such as being u201ctoo tall,u201d u201clacking focus,u201d or having u201creached her peak.u201d As a physician and a family member, I found this type of feedback particularly concerni”

“Our family had a deeply disappointing experience at Perfect Balance Training Center. This program damaged my daughteru2019s emotional well-being and completely failed to prioritize the growth or care of her as a young athlete. My daughter trained over 10 hours a week, and one afternoon, I walked into practice and personally witnessed coaches making fun of my daughteru2019s run during vault warm-ups and laughing to one anothe”

“I am extremely disappointed with how this program handled my 6-year-old daughter. Without any prior warning, conversation, or attempts to address concerns (other than one comment on her report card two months ago) we received an email stating that she was no longer welcome on the team. Their reasoning was that she had difficulty staying focused during a two-hour practice u2014 something very normal for a child her age. W”

“My daughter attended perfect balance for over two years and we continued there because of convenience, but are now moving to Zenith. The teachers are extremely young, do not appear to enjoy themselves, and are very hard on the girls. Thereu2019s also a 30 day drop notice policy that makes no sense for a class where there is plenty of room, so itu2019s just a way to gouge money. I could understand this policy if Her spot was ”

“If youu2019re looking for instructors who genuinely care about children, I highly recommend choosing The Little Gym over Perfect Balance. While the monthly cost at The Little Gym may be slightly higher, the overall experience is significantly better. My son is three years old, and like many children his age, listening is still a skill weu2019re working on. I initially thought Perfect Balance would be a great place for him to”

“We previously participated in the Mommy & Me class and had a great experience. Once my daughter aged out of that program she transitioned to an independent class. Unfortunately, the coach at the time (I believe her name was Shelly) did not seem very effective or supportive with the kids. Halfway through the class, my daughter ran up to me in tears, which was really upsetting and disappointing to see.”

“I am deeply disturbed by responses from the owner on negative experiences of parents who trusted this gym with their child.i have personally heard about other parents whou2019s child was removed via email. I guess face to face conversations are not part of this clubs practice. I have brought and watched my granddaughter train at this gym. While I will not go into all my thoughts about this gym but while reading a review ”
