“This gym came highly recommended by a few parents. However my own experience raised red flags when the only way they would offer coordinating 1:1 lessons was via email/text. I wouldu2019ve have liked to talk through nuance and or even if there was a form I could fill out that would guide me through expectations and an agreement, wouldu2019ve sufficed. Kevin tried to place me with a coach (Chris) who was a bit snarky via text”
