“Made a reservation for two paddleboards, and prepaid via the required Venmo app. Arrived at the designated time, but was unable to find anywhere to park due to the Pacific Beach 1/2 marathon that was happening. Went back to our hotel, picked up our bicycles, and returned to get our boards. On the way, noticed signs in the water at the launch to stay out of the water due to high bacteria levels. Kyle refused any refun”
