“I was discouraged to see there was a near complete lack of diversity in the Oregon Ballet Nutcracker. I saw one black actor and she was in a very small not serious roll. Children need to see diversity in these productions studios and roles of high esteem. There exists no reasonable explanation for the 1/100 ratio.”
