“This was my second year volunteering at NRG Arena, supporting Sire–Fort Bend during the 2026 Top Hands Horse Show. The NRG team kept the barn aisles clean and safe, police officers ensured smooth and secure parking, and the custodial staff worked tirelessly to maintain spotless facilities. The tear‑down and load‑up process was incredibly efficient, and our driver was both professional and kind. All the…”

“500 level is a decent alternative in the nose bleed category. We used a local ticket broker called Simple Seats and got 3 tickets for under $400 the day of, paid $60 for parking with tailgate access. The Arizona Cardinals were in town so it wasn't a big draw and we hoped the prices would be lower. The Astrodome is nearby and the ramp walk up to the 500 level is your cardio. You can smoke at the top or off the sides…”

“I was fortunate enough to attend a Texans game at NRG arena. The arena was very easy to enter into with a digital ticket, and the was very little wait. It was also easy to find the section and our seats. I will note that there are plenty of attendants around to not only check your tickets to make sure you belong in that section, but also assist you in finding your seat in the section. There are plenty of choices in…”

“I more than likely would have had a better time if I could have gotten in on time. The traffic was horrible. How do you have a complex that has multiple events. But takes 2 to 3 hours to park. Once we made it in we were able to watch about an hour of what was left of the show. All of these years and they still have not learned learned or come up with a better parking situation.”

“I encountered the most pleasant young lady by the name of Tuesday. She was very patient with Me and appeared to really have my Grands and I best interest in our seating arrangements at heart 🤩. Her kindness was truly refreshing being as though it was unknowingly to her that I had just left a Funeral Service and wasn't in the best spirit. Thank You Tuesday and to Whom it may concern👍🏽👍🏽💯.”

“Watching the 10th Hum awards in this place was a treat. Washrooms could be maintained a bit better to get 5 stars”

“My wife and I attended the valentines day event at the NRG Arena on Saturday, February 14, 2026. After having been in the venue on previous occasions, we found this most recent experience very uncomfortable. The temperature inside was what seemed like close to freezing. There were vents blowing air like it was a super duper fan with ice behind it. It was difficult to enjoy the show, and I’m not sure if we will…”
