“You guys have some cleaning up to do. There's ants and roaches everywhere. Workout equipment out dated, some are misaligned, you bench pres at a strang angle. All the basketballs are weird and dont bounce well. Steam room is horrible. The pool is the only thing they got going for them. This is the type of club you can expect to find in oakalnd or SF with a 40 dollar monthly membership fee.”

“Staff is unbelievably unfriendly. The courts are in horrible shape (indoor and outdoor). The facilities are not clean with mold growing in the locker rooms creating multiple health hazards. The members are entitled older men/women that hate seeing 19 year old kids who are better at tennis than them. There is a reason the good players of the county arenu2019t members here anymore. I talked to the staff at front desk about it many times but is not getting any better and there is no manager in the evenings to talk to. Lady at the front desk suggested that have to be reset but it takes about 40min to start ..? And itu2019s not guaranteed I donu2019t think itu2019s OK to wait 40 min for the steam room to be ”
