While I often hear people complain about certain aspects of this park, they still conclude that even with less-than-desirable aspects (ie the center intersection connecting too many parts of the park into one crowded center), Milpitas park is one of the best in the bay! “It's a technical park. IMO not smooth lol the ride not the surface that's slick. Not a good roll in park. Cool locals fo sho. Tons of parking that's covered by solar panels so that's def a big plus, I have no idea where there is bathrooms are the locals point ya to the dumpster across the parking lot which I'm fine with but if ur uncomfortable peeing behind a dumpster in a parking lot take note make plans.
