“This a great little bike park, with a pump track on the upper level and bowls and jumps on the lower level. Itu2019s great for almost all skill levels and age groups. Itu2019s free! The bathrooms are very clean, there is some seating areas and picnic tables, parking is super easy and so far not too crowded. Working water fountain, bike parking and a wonderful view.”

“Hours have changed. Spring/Summer: Wed-Sun 10:00 am-7:00pm. Fall/Winter: Wed-Sunday 10:00 am-5:00 pm. McLaren Bike Park is located in the Sunnydale projects. From my observations, this bike park is not used much weekdays but the weekend is active. The track is split level and is equipped with 2 ramps. The track is good enough for a practice warm up but is not a full distance run with obstacles and bumper cones.”

“Great rarely used bike park for kids 3yo and up. Our 3yo on a scoot bike and 5yo riding loved this place on first try. Not crowded usually and a little windy at times. Washroom is usually locked which is a downside. Seems like itu2019s intimidating to parents but itu2019s very forgiving. Inflate bike tires to 40psi or higher if allowed to reduce rolling resistance as the dirt is hard packed.”

“Took the 5 year old whou2019s been riding peddle bikes for a couple years and a two year old who has only stared on a Strider bike a month or so ago. It was 10:30 in the morning and it was pretty empty. There was a 3.5 year old and another 5 year old on peddle bikes. My 5 year old just started riding with them. “This is what the community needs. It's got a pretty simple track with rollers along the outside. It's good for beginners. And a more advanced bowl pump track with wooden walls. This is just phase 1 of the project. I can't wait for them to build out phase 2 with jump lines, skill building, and trails.”

“A great bike park for kids and older riders. There is currently a pump track around the perimeter of the park and in the center there are dirt bowls, tabletops, and two large curved wood wall rides. The park is set to expand in the future I believe and become even larger which will make it that much better. Also, the staff is excelent that was there for the bike summer camp and to maintain the bike park.”
