“I've been a member of the Jefferson County sportsmans club for 5 years now. And I can give you my honest opinion. The lake used to be full of fish. When I first joined now it's very ran down. They tried to control fish by putting flatheads in now there is no good fishing at all. The algae covers the whole lake in summer time. I've seen them treated every year. Doesn't matter, it comes back. So you can't really fish. ”

“For a monthly fee, you get access to some great facilities; rifle and pistol ranges, fishing spots, archery range, and others I'm sure I have forgotten. Each range is clean and we'll kept, and if you feel like becoming a rso you can go alone and have some nice quiet time if nobody else is there. The staff are nice, as long as you stay safe with your equipment. The gun ranges are a fixed wooden back with a steel backs”
