“This is a good course to play, but recently I've been a bit upset with them. 1. The price is way to high for a Park District course. 2. They charge $20 extra PER PERSON for a damn cart. Way too much. 3. The bunkers are trash, it's not even sand, it's freakin' dirt. Literally DIRT. The dirt was so hard, I actually putted out onto the green. They should be ashamed of their bunkers, and their 2 blocks from the beach!!! ”

“We were rushed by an employee that had a family member playing behind us. We had been waiting on the group ahead of us all day, but she didnt bother trying to speak with them as well. Didn't get to enjoy our last few holes as we were being watched and rushed by the employee the whole time. Really disappointed that we spent a decent amount of money as this was a birthday celebration.”

“Jackson Park Golf Course. Challenging fairways and greens. Play was brisk, completed a four hour round and still time for a drink... or two. Holes areixed between short par 5 and long par 3's. Narrow drives keep you out of the bunkers, short irons out of the drink. Bunkers are compacted dirt, so no way to wedge your way through. There are many courses that offer great deals but Jackson Park Golf Course comes through ”
