But they should have one rink be used for figure skaters and lessons for more than a couple hours each day . The hockey players are obnoxious. “This is unfortunately the only ice rink in San Antonio; the place is dirty, and the employees are weird. The adult employees that sold the tickets ignored my boyfriend and I when we said hello and were ready to pay, they then continued their conversation. “Very fun! Me and my daughters and her friends went to the ice center for her birthday party it was a delight! They had a great time and definitely are going to want to come back the workers were so kind and there was even a dog. There was a downside though it was only open for 2 hours and they had to clean the ice for like 20 minutes. Definitely coming back!”

“Terrible, their skates are absolutely awful and too painful to skate in, and their policy states that they don't offer refunds past 15 minutes so that by the time you realize their skates hurt, it's too late to get a refund, even though you weren't able to do anything. They just want your money and don't care about anything else.”

“FILTHY PLACE. Same sticky rings on upstairs table for over 6 months. I finally brought baby wipes and cleaned it myself. The stairs and floors look like they havenu2019t been cleaned in years. Same clumps of dust, sand, and downright filth for over a year and a half since Iu2019ve been coming here. Blows my mind.
