“I LOVE this place! I have a very difficult time adhering to a workout routine...until I discovered this place. Classes are 15 minutes or 30 minutes, you work out by yourself, and the classes are offered all day. I also have a foot injury, so laying down for a 30 minute pilates workout is amazing. 15 minute elliptical-thing workout is great too. I've seen results quickly. Very reasonably priced.”
