“When I first did my free trial it was stated with your welcome package you get a free mat & towel absolutely not . On top of that youu2019re able to do some workouts without the mat & &towel so why canu2019t you get the access code & use what u can than get your full equipment when needed . you canu2019t even get the access code without having the towel & mat .Places need to be way more clearly about how they run things . & all ”
