“McDowell Mtn location is the best. It is clean - the pools are pristine. The jacuzzi and steam rooms are excellent and well kept. The staff are energetic and positive. They accommodate and listen to clients. Gainey Ranch Village has a pool and are working on getting the jacuzzi up and running, along with the cold bath. “I spent the day at the spa with my friend. The Spa staff were extremely attentive the entire day. The spa was beautiful especially the mineral pool area. The jacuzzi was worn and had a strange green/yellow color. It was kind of a turn off. I felt that the jacuzzi needs upgrade and remodeling desperately. Both our massages were outstanding.
