“After reading bad reviews , I am thankful this is a private pool that does not let people outside the town of hempstead use it. Much cleaner than the other indoor pools. Excellent sauna and steam room. Closing the month of January lost a star. Why not clean the indoor part during the summer? Doesn't make much sense.”

“I go swimming all Tuesday mornings here. Water is great and best part is they are indoor and outdoor. They also have yoga and karate classes that can teach you lots about yourself and your mind! I can tell you from experience that that yoga made me feel reborn and that Zumba course makes you jump like a baby deer in Honda headlights on grand central busy in the night. “Very spacious, adequate amount of lifeguards. Definitely a great time for the entire family. From the front desk on were all friendly and welcoming vibes. The only thing and this has nothing to do with the place itself, parents should watch their kids. The lifeguards are not baby sitters they are there to ensure safety rules are being implemented. This place gets 5 stars from me.”
