“Disappointed by the Lack of Hygiene Consideration I attended the 7:30 AM class with Rachel today, and while she is a fantastic instructor, I had to walk out after just five minutes. The reason wasnu2019t the class itself but the overwhelming underarm odor from another participant, which made it impossible to focus or stay. I am not someone who gives up easily, and I pay for these classes expecting a comfortable and enjoy”

“Iu2019ve been a few times to the hot power fusion class. I am a big time beginner in the yoga space, but Susan is THEE best teacher! She has made me feel welcomed and encouraged every time I show up! She gives great pointers and advice on how to modify moves for people like me who are beginners and not that flexible. But she is also great at teaching and pushing me to do better each time. The class is so worth it. It is ”

The instructors are observant, helpful, and very profess”

“First of all the trial classes are just awesome if youu2019re not sure about paying for yoga. Just had a class with Savannah (Fridayu2019s at 1:30) u2014 one of my favorite yogis I have had the pleasure to learn from. Great playlist too!! Will 100% come back often for her classes!”

“Classes are predictable, which is positive for people who are less experienced, negative for more serious practitioners. The teaching quality varies quite a bit but often suffers from unbalanced sequencing, a lack of multi-tiered options for beginning, intermediate and advanced students, and a sense of franticness as the instructor tries to force what should be an 75 minute class into 60 minutes. There is a heavy rel”
