“I have been to several yoga studios in the Charlotte areas and this is by far the best! Other yoga studios have felt overly competitive and cultish. It made me think you had to have this big ego to do yoga, but core power really helped empower me and make me feel safe to practice yoga without feeling as if Iu2019m not doing enough. I especially love Montanau2019s classes! Mocha is very passionate and does a wonderful job and”

“Iu2019ve been going to Core Power for a month or so and doing Yoga Sculpt and sometimes itu2019s a hit or miss with instructors. I love Yoga Sculpt but the studio is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are so dirty and they never have wipes to clean your yoga mats, weights, etc. Itu2019s obvious they donu2019t hire a professional cleaner. Considering how expensive the membership is the studio should be clean at all times.”

“I am very happy I joined CorePower uptown Charlotte. The teachers are super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Every class is a new challenge and based on their experience, the classes are very much enjoyable. Some of my favorite teachers: Mackenzie, Isabelle, Lisa, Kisha, Julia,”

“If I could give 10 stars I would for whoever did the 12:15 class on 05/19/25! I forget what the instructors name is and I canu2019t find it online but she is a blonde woman and sheu2019s the best instructor Iu2019ve ever had. Iu2019ve gone to nearly 50 classes all across North Carolina and Iu2019ve never felt as comfortable and had as much fun as I did with her. She was so encouraging and attentive to everyoneu2019s needs. It was extremely ”

“I recently went to this CorePower location and I was really excited to try out their studio. I wanted to like this place; however, I have had two instances that made me feel that it is not for me. First, I went to the class on Saturday to try it out. When I arrived, there were firetrucks and I was waiting outside with a group of other people. We waited outside for 20 mins, waiting for someone to come notify us about ”

“I was super excited about this location because it is super close to me Iu2019ve been looking for a new studio. I had my first class this week and I LOVED it and enjoyed the instructor. I like to go to yoga at least 3 times a week if I can. On my first week trial I wanted to get as many classes as I could, to really know if this studio would be for me. I pulled up 15 minutes early as requested, there were no parking spot”

“Welcoming studio, with wonderful energy! Great instruction! But as I am an advanced yoga student I would love more options not heated that are higher than C1. Overall Mackenzie did challenge use in the C1 by going through higher levels options within a pose. Felt extremely safe, loved the circle cards to say whether to assist or not- wish every studio has those cards!”

“I loved the intensity of the experience. I burned 400 calories in one workout. The Yoga Sculpt class was highly challenging without being draining. I left feeling energized. I did need to rest and hydrate the following day because it was my first time doing a heated yoga class. I would definitely go back for more classes and recommend it to friends.”
