“Honestly, the front desk experience was quite disappointing. The guys working there werenu2019t really front desk material u2014super unprofessional, no respect, and one even laughed at us because we didnu2019t understand their u201cDay pass policyu201d when they intentionally didnu2019t disclose that. We asked for day passes but got single-entry passes instead, and nobody bothered to explain the single entry policy even though we double-ch”

“Plz clarify the meaning of day pass. I called the other day asked about length of stay for a $17 walk in, I was told thatu2019s for a day pass without hour limits, and he didnu2019t mention the single-entry rule at all. We purchased for the day pass, and came back at night to avoid the busy hour and we got rejected to go in. Would be great to educate the employees so that they would not mislead the customer while responding ”

“Pros: Close enough to downtown and only convenient place to play if you live in downtown. Place has good court time management system to try giving everyone chance to play. Time coverage is good as the place is open till late night, making playing after work feasible on weekdays. Staff is cordial. Pricing is reasonable. Cons: Gets quite crowded on busy times (wait times can be ~40 minutes on busy time) I found player”
