The coaches are not warm and engaging, which is very surprising given that you are teaching kids under the age of 6. The 4-6 years class size is large- over 20 kids in 1 class with 1 instructor. Overall- the environment is unfriendly and chaoti”

Not only do they never answer the phone but after going there in person to sign up my child for her second term, not one coach new anything about her, no one helped her find her way.
