“Not the best badminton gym in the world, but better than most in the USA. They use real floors, not the mat type. The people there are friendlier than others at other gyms. The feeling is more chill. The coaches are great too.”

“Great gym. Court flooring is hard concrete but it doesn't bother me. Stringing service is super fast. Usually get it done same day. They got them done within an hour on a couple of occasions. John is the bestud83dudc4dud83cudffb”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience. The behaviour displayed was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. There was a clear lack of customer service attitude, and the interaction felt dismissive and rude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy u2014 neither of which were present during my visit. This experience was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business”

When they asked me to purchase this card they said this card would never expire unless they went out of business. Now, a guy at the front desk told me that my card has expired because I haven't used it for a while and if I want to play, I need to pay again to get in, even though my card still had half of”

“Terrible water fountains first of all with extremely little water coming out of it to force you to buy their water bottles (pretty scammy to me ngl). Not many courts and prices are terrible. Might as well go to another place instead of wasting money and time here.”

“I am new to the city and went for a drop in (and potentially evaluate if I should take membership). The courts looked great and it was quite busy. But as soon as I asked for drop in, the lady at the counter said they are closed. It was 7.30pm and they close by 9.30pm (1/31). I asked why and she was very rude in saying that she cant let me in and it is closed. I asked how does it work here and if I can take a look at ”
