“I bought one of their ten-times pass membership cards. I still played there until they closed during the pandemic. When they asked me to purchase this card they said this card would never expire unless they went out of business. Now, a guy at the front desk told me that my card has expired because I haven't used it for a while and if I want to play, I need to pay again to get in, even though my card still had half of”

But as soon as I asked for drop in, the lady at the counter said they are closed. It was 7.30pm and they close by 9.30pm (1/31).
