“Safety concerns not taken seriously & then when expressed we weren't coming back the owner neglected to tell us we had to put it in writing. However, they stopped charging us...UNTIL A COUPLE MONTHS LATER! Then hit us with late fees and refused to fix it! So disappointed in the entire experience. I hope they watch the kids better to prevent injuries.”
