“I love this gym! Plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. Friendly staff and they keep a clean shop. There is also plenty of room outside to run and get some sun. There are a couple of tires that I use to throw around or hit with my mace. Good community of people who are managing covid as best we can. “Good clean gym with a terrific location in Aledo. The owner and staff are top notch. Easy to park, get in and out without wasting time. Dumbbells go up to 100lbs, they have 3 squat racks, bumper plates, and a large open room to stretch and do some heavy lifting.
