“We have been with the club for few years but we have hit a new rock bottom this year. The owner is practically MIA this time and provides no guidance. The coaches are more and more junior. Our team has a 20ish year old head coach who is contacting minors over the break to share non volleyball related content. He asks the minor girls team to spend hours looking for his videos on YouTube and gives them “bread-points”…”
