One notable absence from the list is the 2008 U.S. Olympic team, famously known as the “Redeem Team,” led by Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Dwyane Wade. Despite their historic gold medal win that redeemed the U.S. after the 2004 disappointment, the team did not make the final cut for the Hall of Fame induction.
