“The desk staff is wonderful. Been using the pool for 25 years and is great. Pool is clean and used by serious swimmers (not the hacks at Echo). The gym is a good deal. BUT the gym needs a full time monitor to ensure member safety and basic common courtesy: -make sure all lights stay on -make sure people talk in a normal tone; and not over the music playing on ones earbuds -members should not be fiddling with the ligh”

The staff is consistently polite, professional, and helpful, which makes visiting a pleasant experience. However, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the male locker room. On several occasions, I have observed older men walking from the showers to the lockers and restroom completely unclothed”
