“Don't go here. Go to Oakland Ice instead. This is an awful ice rink at an abusive price. Cost us $100 for 5, with only 2 skate rentals. The raised rink is way too small for the number of people they crowd onto it. About 1/4 the size of a normal rink. The ice is not maintained during the day. The rubber mats are the wrong type, so they are slippery like plastic. LOOK OUT GOING DOWN THE RAMP FROM THE ICE. And they will”

When you call their voicemail redirects you to 8th and Washington in downtown Oakland, but there is nothing there either. Just took the family on a huge 3hr wild goose chase all around Oakland/Alameda because this company canu2019t get there act together and update their information. Huge waste of time and a Sunday night!”
