“It was a very easy process. Barely a wait. $15 for 30 minutes. It is only $10 for 30 minutes during the weekdays though. The weather was super nice today so the paddleboat was a great activity. The employees were helpful. Weight limit is 500lbs I think. They do offer life jackets if requested. You can take drinks and its 2 people per boat. No backseat riders. “Two stars on my last visit because I traveled from Statesville to the University Area to rent a boat with my grandson, BUT he was not open because (according to his sign on the boardwalk) the weather forecast predicted POSSIBLE rain. We'll, if that's the case, that's pretty much every day in the summer in Charlotte. Very disappointed to drive that far and have to disappoint my grandson. No way to check if he's open p”
