“We used Boatsetter to rent a boat on July 4, 2024. The boat owner canceled the boat delivery at 9 am on July 4th when they were supposed to deliver at 11am. We now have no boat, and there are no other boats available to do a last minute rental. I will never rent a boat from Boatsetter again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you need a reliable boat rental service, DO NOT use Boatsetter.”
