“I received a Christmas present that a friend bought at this Tilly's. It was specifically a Manatea (the tea strainers shaped like manatees). Inside the sealed container was instead an empty Tokidoki figurine box. The figurine box was clearly used and unsealed. The Tilly's security sticker was still on the Manatea box. This leads me to believe that either an employee or a customer has stolen from the store. Either way”
