“My family and I attend u201cOpen Swimu201d on Sundays from 11am-12pm as the schedule online states and we are able to go to the deep end. We decide to come on a Thursday from 3pm-4pm for an u201cOpen Swimu201d and we are told we canu2019t be on the deep end. I notice 1 person performing lap swim. We then ask one lifeguard why we canu2019t be on the deep end and they proceed to ask another lifeguard if we can do a swim test before getting on”

“This is the worst Chicago Park District pool. They keep canceling their Open Swim schedule without proper notice. They only put up one page of paper next to the locker room or a handwritten note on the entrance door. Nobody picks up the phone, so you even can't check with them in advance. The supervisor is very proud of her own team, but she definitely does not care about the district. It was a bad experience and it'”

Doctor advise their patients to go into the pool. Which helps many ailments older people have. A little Disappointed.ud83dude1e”
