“These are turf fields which are nice. The only reason these fields are not 5 stars is because of the following: - The fence on 40th Ave is all broken and the adjacent landscaping is just dirt with no landscaping and so its getting eroded and trashed. - When there are soccer games going on on all fields which is common during weekends, there is absolutely no space for the next teams to warm-up. It drives me crazy that”

“South Sunset is a nice artificial turf field, making it a critical amenity for organized sports like soccer. With construction dragging on to the building at the northeast corner, access to the field is limited to a single point on the southern edge. To accommodate, people have pried open holes in the fence on the northern edge near the west side. It's sad that better access points could not be worked out.”
