“Nice playground right next to PS 123 on East Broadway. Looks like it's newly renovated. There are two sections of the playground. One side has swings and the other has slides. There's a single stall men and single stall women bathroom. The men one even has a changing table. There is no toilet paper in women bathroom, not even a toilet paper holder.”
