“Raced to get there on time, and then forced to wait 45 minutes in the cold. Super nice gentleman was requesting people fill out waiver on phone to speed up the process, but then says the line is caused from people disputing the age limit to skate, without an adult present. By the time we got to front, we had already lost 20 minutes of our skate time, but it was still full price! No exceptions! Small, tiny rink, chopp”
