“I absolutely love this place. An introverts dream gym. You have the sauna to yourself almost all of the time. Iu2019ve only been to a few classes where there was another person but I didnu2019t mind because everyone is really nice. The classes themselves are a hit or miss but if no one is booked in the class with me, Iu2019ll just do my own workout and mute the class. They are open 24 hours which is a plus for me because I donu2019t”
